Would rather have an Audi RS6.

Mercedes are so common, even if they're whomped up.

Trust me guys, after enough time has past to make it affordable for us enthusiasts that thing will be another "expensive mistress." German cars seem to have biodegradable electircal systems! They also tend to have MAJOR parts (like air conditioning evaporators that cost over $2000 to fix) that go bad long before they would on a Japanese car. I speak from experience with my 92 400e MBZ.

That thing is retarded.

I'd love to race it, especially with those big goofy wheels. I'm sure girls are impressed... :rolleyes

Tell me about it~~I took my mom's ML 430 in for a checkup and oli chage and cost up like $600.00:whipped ... I wasnt very happy abouit it. But the service was great....I waited there and I got free pop and snacks brought to me.....while I sat in front of this 70" plasma screen with surrond sound. For an hour and half I almost felt like a king~~ but still...600.00 was a bit too much.....I think 300.00 sounds more reasonable...:icesangel

I get free pop and donuts at MY Infiniti dealer, plus I get to wander through the shop and check out the cars being worked on... Plus ALL of the female staff are HOT!!!

One more good reason to drop in at Scottsdale Infiniti if you're ever in the Valley - Ask maxnix (Brian) , it's a great field trip!

Merc/BMW dealerships are snotty/stuffy.

At MY Infiniti dealer you get all the water you can drink from the water fountain, and all the donuts you can eat if you walk down the street to the Dunkin' Donuts with some money in your pocket.

They'll even let you have some snacks, for just a few quarters into the vending machine.

Not that I'm bitter towards my dealer or anything.

I'm not much of a Mercedes fan becasue they are a little too snobby for me. I do like that new e-class though, and the AMG version is sweet!

Well at least you guys have an Infiniti dealer near by. The closest one to me is in Raleigh, NC. which is an hour and a half from where I live. That E-class is sweet, but I saw one in a magazine that had a see- through roof! It was sick! But like 1qukser said it'll take at least 20 years before I will own one, but that gives me time to save up for all the repairs it will need.

That new E is sweet but german cars suck with electronics.

We looked at the new E and were disappointed in the quality and design of the interior. Flimsy materials and obvious spots that would wear quickly, similar to the 745 BMW. Even Mercedes doesn't make them to last anymore. I'll keep my old Q for awhile yet.

These German car companies were good at fooling Americans about there build quality for a long time. Now the jig is up. Japanese cars are superior
