50 AE part out or sell to be restored????

i deceided to start another thread as it pertains to this cars future. i recently aquired 2 z31's, one an 85 loaded turbo auto, and the other a 50th A.E. now the AE has loads of cancer, but i know in the right hands it "could" be fixed. it is complete as far as i can tell down to the original T-Top's with the vin etched in them. so now i have this conflict of interest going on in my head. i need/want a 5spd swap and some other parts for my 85, but i really really really hate to start parting out this sweet peice of nissan history. and as i am by NO means a body man, im stuck between these 2 options. I just dont know what direction to go in right now. I really wish it was in better shape as i would restore it myself. im just asking for some imput

if the AE is rotted part it and don't loose any sleep, nissan made over 5000 of these and unless it's a real low miles peach, part it out

yeah i looked it over more on a lift and with 184k on the clock....... i made the decision to strip it. i did start it up and the motor sounded great so i pulled it and the transmission last night. it is a reman motor with a reman turbo on it too so idk how many miles are really on it. but if anyone wants the motor or anything else off of it letme know. it has all the bodysonic stuff except the original radio

be sure yo include your location in your adds, you might find someone local that wants the big non shippable parts
