5 speed transmission jumps out of gear 1995 pick up

my 1995 nissan pick up truck jump out gear when i let off the gas pedal to slow down. it does this every so often i had mechenic check it out and he replaced some gears and spacers but it still want to jump out????

I think i have the same prob. with my '95 pick- up, does it do it at about 2000RPMs, and it is like you can't keep it at a constant speed, if so and you find out what it is let me know.
