5-speed swap problems

i got threw with a 5 speed swap on my 91 240sx a while back and i cant figure out how to get the reverse/parking lights to work. i got the car to start by jumpering the two wires together, but now im stuck, if you have completed this swap before tell me how to wire the car correctly.

Jumped wires? Did you not use the sub harness for the mt? Did you just bolt it in?
