5 Speed Swap Parts

So UPS came and delivered my parts today. I know I still have to get the bellhousing bolts, flywheel, and crossmember. Gotta wait a week till payday for them though. This is the list of what i have, if the ones with ?? are wrong, please let me know. Also, what other parts might i be missing? Any nuts/bolts/other little things?

1-Clutch2-Pressure Plate3-Hydraulic line (big one)4- Something to mount the transmission??? Not exactly sure ??????5-mounting bracket (for driveshaft) ?????6-Slave Cylinder 7-Hydraulic line8-Release bearing9-Bolts to mount pedals10-6 Bolts (screw caps?) Pressure plate bolts i think?11-Flywheel Bolts (6)12- Master Cylinder 13-Hydraulic line (1 SS, one stock)14-Pedals15-WHAT AM I???16-Clutch fork pivot17-Shifter Boot18-Shifter Boot

These pics are the trans, driveshaft, and the last thing im not 100% sure... is it the pilot bushing? you can see this in the 4th pic. it came in the same bag as my oil pan plug and washer though. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/380099/2
