5 speed swap issues

I recently finished my engine and five speed swap and am having some issues. First: behind the battery where the engine fuse box is I have 4 or so plugs that are not hooked up and cannot seem to find the wires for them, does anybody have any pictures of the engine bay so that I may figure out what I am messing up. and second Does one of these plugs controll the fuel pump? thanks.

by the way this is on my vert and it is a 91 dohc engine.

in an s14 those stay unplugged and the very top one (with two wires) has to be jumpered to itself.
