I'm in the Chicago area (cicero) and I was wondering if anyone knew any good shops that'll do a 5 spd swap on a '98 S14 for a decent price. that is including parts and labor.

do it yourself, it is really easy. I have no mechanical training and it took me about 20 hours to do it by myself using only some basic tools

do it yourself is the cheapest way but AMS will do it
