Not really. As long as you can find a good deal on a transmission you won't be spending much more than most spend when simply upgrading their stuff (clutch, flywheel, driveshaft).
You'll need:Brake pedal (or you'll need to modify yours but I recommend swapping)Clutch pedalClutch master and slave cylinderBrake/clutch line (steel, you can buy various lengths at auto parts stores)Stock or aftermarket stainless steel braided clutch line (goes from the steel line to the slave cylinder on the transmission, SS line recommended)Clutch kit (don't forget to put the pilot bushing in the crank)FlywheelDriveshaftShifterShifter support plate and associated rubber boots (be absolutely sure to get good condition rubber boots as they cover the holes of the shifter mount heavily decreasing the amount of noise that comes into the cabin - lower boot - upper boot).
I also recommend replacing the transmission mount as it will most likely be very worn out. I recommend going to Z1 and getting the Nismo mount. I put a urethane mount in one of my Z's and kind of regret it. Luckily I'm building a pseudo track Z so will put it in there but for a street Z, I highly recommend sticking with the rubber mounts.
Unless your budget is super tight, I recommend going straight to a one-piece driveshaft and lightweight flywheel. You can get aluminum flywheels pretty cheap used and just replace the friction surface before installing. This will save you quite a bit of money. I highly, highly recommend having your flywheel and pressure plate balanced as a unit before installing. A lot of machine and performance shops should be able to do this for pretty reasonable prices.
I also highly recommend getting the bronze bushings for the shifter before you put everything together (unless you buy Z1's high end shifter with the bearings in it).
You'll also probably need to do a bit of wiring. There are buttons on the clutch pedal that need to go to the cruise control cancel switch and another to disable the starter until the clutch is fully depressed. You'll also need to wire the reverse sensor to the wires for the reverse lights.
That's all that I can think of off the top of my head but if there's more I'll be sure to add it.
