5 Speed swap ECU/Harness questions

Hello, I'm new to the forums, but about to start my 5 speed swap in my s14, it's a 96, KAdual, picking up all the parts this weekend, but before I start off, I need to get something clarified from somebody who knows their confident with what they're talking about.
I'm picking up a manual ECU from him and a manual harness as well, so with that being said, is it still required that I do all the janxy wiring jumps and the neutral pos switch and 5th sensor and all that, or with the manual ECU and harness i'm swapping in does that make it plug and play? I want to avoid throwing codes and the rough start rumor and all that, I just want to clarify what i'm going to need to do as far as electrics go with a manual ecu and harness because everything mechanical I easily understand. I have looked through the tutorials and wire guides and what not, I'm just trying to figure out if swapping a manual ecu in, as well as a manual harness in will eliminate the chopping of wires, and make it plug and play, thanks again.
