Hi, im Kevin.
Long story short ive had alot of 240's. left a while. Picked up a new one.
Ive done 5 speed swaps b4 and just finished up another on my current 240.
Well problem is the clutch pedal engages fine. when pressed down and there is deff pressure.
It comes back up but it doesnt come back up all the way. It comes back up far enough to disengage (about halfway ) but not all the way like my other 240 does (i have 2). There is some free play before the actual pressure when you push it in. All i want to figure out is... What do you guys think i should look at? For some reason i think the problem may be on my pedal. Some kind of adjustment ? maybe? I dont know. And also this may be a big help. but at idle when the car is not in gear and i release the clutch you hear like a chatter? idk what the right word would be. Just sound like a weird slight rotating noise? and when i push the pedal back in the noise go's away. The car drives fine. i just would really like to make it perfect. I think the clutch is still slightly engaged at idle since the pedal doesnt spring back. maybe thats the noise i hear.

Fly is oem resurfaced, exedy oem clutch, diff steel braided clutch line, auto zone master and slave... if that helps. Sorry for my bad punctuation. and block of text. any idea's or help is appreciated.
