5 speed swap and now windows wont work

Hi maybe you guys could help me out.I just had someone do my 5 speed swap.Only my drivers window goes up and down,My passenger side and both rear windows on the convertible seem dead. What could this be ? I have the stock auto ecu in the car.

Haha... that's what happened to me 5 minutes after I bought this car ) I freaked out and called the last owner.. While he was still not sure what's going on, I figured it out and ... ya... I felt almost stupid >.<
