Ok Im putting an sr20 in and I have a parts list on what i need, but looking at the FAST system it shows a lot more lines and a block/connection system that i am unsure i need.In this post zerothread/181139I quote he says "10. Run the clutch hardline from the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder and by now you should have bolted the slave cylinder on the engine. At this time you can also eliminate the clutch dampening system by bypassing the large diameter hardline loop, and going directly from the hardline coming out of the master cylinder to the rubber line coming out of the slave cylinder. This will give your clutch pedal a better feel and less stuff for you to worry about."so here is the diagram...My question is He seems to say that i do not need 30655 and 306050+B...I need some guidance, is he correct do I really not need those parts.Click on the attachment to get a better view, its small only 230k

wtf, no. here is what you need.

- clutch master cylinder- clutch slave cylinder- hardline from clutch master cylinder to stainless clutch line that eliminates the damper loop- stainless clutch line that eliminates damper loop- one large drill bit to punch holes in firewall for clutch master cylinder- hacksaw with sharp blade to chop your brake pedal to size- manual transmission- mt cross member with bolts and transmission mount to mount the bugger to the cross member- manual driveshaft- bolts for mt- clutch kit (preferrably new)- flywheel (better be resurfaced)- flywheel bolts- pilot bushing- one sucker aka friend to help you put the transmission in- 2.4L gear oil (GL-4, not GL-5)- 6 pack of beer- if this is your first time, probably a day of sleep afterwards- and lastly, search for tips on how to get the transmission in especially if this is your first time doing this on a 40.

thank you. Im looking forward to doing all this. I have owned my 95 since it had 12k miles on it. I have never done anything to it and my head died. So its time for a sr and the 5 speed that comes w it. I have the engine and auuto transmission out. Im just waiting to get all these parts in so i can get them installed and then order my sr...

What I wrote is correct for bypassing the loop. 180Fan also mentioned that you can use a stainless line in place of the rubber line.

That would be connecting 30650 directly to 30651 and replacing 30651 with a SS line
