The Auto Zone stores in Massachusetts has a special on 5 quarts of Mobil 1`oil and a Mobil 1 filter for $30. If you need any more run down to walmart (Because its cheaper) and get the rest of the oil you need.

That is a pretty standard deal. We do it at my work(advance auto parts) as well pretty regularly every 2-3 months

That sucks I thought I had just found the deal of a lifetime because a M1 filter is $12 and the oil is ~$7/qt.

Anyone know how decent NAPA synthetic oil is? I heard it was just re-branded penzoil. It's like 3.50 a quart so I can do a full synthetic oil change for my miata for undet 20 bucks.

2 ways to tell.
1) It says "Compared to ..." on the box/bottle
2) What is it stocked right next too?
