Well i got through half of my 5 lug/strut/brake swap yesterday. The rear of my 240 is now sporting 96 se hubs, brembo drilled/slotted rotors, and axxis pads, as well as a set of KYB AGX struts. I think it looks good, the wheel offset on the s14se wheels is perfect for a s13. The wheels are pushed right to the fender. The only part of the swap that really sucked A** was puting the kyb strut boots on the struts. I dont know why but the strut boots are a little to small to slide over the little notch on the strut, so some minor drilling was required on the strut boot. Anyone else have this problem? Anyways il get some pics up tomorrow night after i finish the front 5 lug swap and mount my 30mm aluminum 300zx calipers, brembo rotors, front struts, 300zx master cylinder, and ss lines. Let me know what you guys think

Lookin good, lookin good!!! So, you're running 300zx rears and stock fronts on the stock naster cylender? I was just gonna do my rears (I will have everything for the swap but front 5-lug conversion parts), and was wondering if the brakes were thrown too much out of wack, having z32 rears an s13 fronts.

didn't have problems with the boots on the rear. I just slid them over, but did not notice any little notch. Can you describe it a little better? I did not feel comfortable the way the boots sat.

I only did a 5 lug swap in the rear and new rotors and pads, i am still using the stock s13 brakes in the back. When i finish the front today i will have 300zx brakes on the front. There really isnt a reason to put 300zx brakes on the back, costs a lot more money and most of your breaking is done through the front.

And chingon the little notch on the rear sturts is like a small ring towards the top if the strut about 8 inches down, but its built in. Idk kinda hard to describe, il get a pic of it tonight when i do the front stuff on my car. I do know that i had the right kyb strutt boot, i checked the numbers on like 5 different web sites. Still for some reason i just wouldnt fit on though. Like i said il get some pics tonight and show you what i mean.

Wow, the S14 wheels do look good on there. I would have never thought of that.

What hub are you using in the front?
