5 lug swap questions

Just curious. I'm doing the j30 diff swap which will make my rear end 5 lug. Are the q45 front 5 lug swaps the same bolt pattern and size as the j30 5 lug or is there a way to do j30 5 lug front swaps too? Any info is appreciated. Don't know if I can do different rim dimensions when I go buy them or not. Greatful for anyone's info because I'm waiting to get this all done before I finish my diff, alinum axle and 350 sbc swap.
