5-lug swap questions

hi there all,

I was perusing a local junkyard when I came upon the whole rear sub-frame of an S-14 with 5-lug hubs. I happen to have a '91 fastback that i want to do this swap on. My question is this...is there any complications in swapping the sub-frame from an S14 to an S13 that aren't widely known? The guy wants $175 for this sub-frame, is this a good deal? I don't know much about this swap but I'm doing massive research on it now. Thanks for your help guys I appreciate it.
