5 Lug question GTO\Attain (Thread\Studs)

Looking through a couple of threads and didnt see the info I was looking for.

Just needed some confirmation. I heard the theards are different from the standard nissan studs, is this really the case?

Also, can the stud's be replaced with factory nissan or the nismo long type or is this a proprietary setup with these makers?

I used my old lug nuts on my attain front hubs. There isnt much extra threading for spacers though...
