6 lug to 5 lug wheel spacers and rims with more backspacing is the simplest route.

Converting over to a toyota rear axle and front hub assembly is the more involved way.

The Toyota swap is more involved, but I feel it would work the best if you want to do a five lug swap.

I'm still don't feel comfortable with 6-to-5 lug converter/spacers.

This is my 1997 Hardbody under construction, Used a 240 SX suspension front and rear. VQ30DE from a 1996 Maxima, and right hand drive from Silvia. This isn't the easiest way to go 5 lug but it will be the most fun.
