5 lug noise

i just installed some aftermarket 5 lug conversion on my 93 240sx.....now when i turn, it makes noise like the wheels and rotors are loose.....i also noticed that the brakes are spongy......i have to pump it a couple of times before it gets back to normal height.......i have rechecked all the nuts and bolts on it 4x's. i also chekced the spindle nut and retorqued it also....there is no bearing noise, but only when making hard turns.....after the turn, is also when the brakes get mushy too.....

anybody had this problem before....please let me know....i just dont want to mess up the new wheel bearings.....thanks in advance.....

1. what hubs did you use?

2. did you replace spindle washer? the one that is inbetween the hub bearing and the nut?

some aftermarket 5 lug hub off ebay.......i didnt replace the spindle washer and thats the only thing between the bearing and the spindle nut.....

the hubs and bearing were already together, all i did was remove the old one and install the new one.....bearing and all is new.....

was it a reputable brand? it could be possible workmanship issue..

well, that may have been my problem.....it doesnt have any name...
