I was looking into doing a 5 lug conversion and bigger brake conversion and was wondering if the 300zx hubs front and rear will work on an s14, or will only the rears work. I have been seeing topics related to this is my search for what is needed in my conversion to the 300zx brake conversion. Thanks for your help.

iirc, its just the rears.

For the fronts, just get ichiba.

Adrian make this an article or sticky or something, I'm getting tired of copying and pasting it. I've sent it to I think d!ck and nchopp but neither were interested. I guess neither of them venture down here enough to see the new thread on 5 lug every week.

Parts you can use:

Front:S14 hubs + spindle + control arm + ball jointPlug and play aftermarket conversion

Rear:S14N/A Z32 (TT has too many splines)R32 GST-SAftermarket Conversions

Front Axle Nut: 30mm (1 3/16")Rear Axle Nut: 36mm (1 3/8")Cotter pins: (2x) 3/16 x 1-3/4 for the rear, I don't remember the front it was a while ago, probably the same?

For the front, if you're using a conversion you just pop off the hub cap. Remove the cotter pin, and undo the axle nut. Slide off slide on.

For the rear you need to disconnect the upright. S13 balljoints are pressed into the LCA, so you're better off taking the LCA out attached to the spindle.

I believe all the bolts on the rear multilink are 19mm. The stabilizer bar connects to the LCA by a 12mm nut. The bolts that hold the hub into the knuckle are either 19mm or 17mm (thinking 17mm). Oh and of course you have to take the calipers off (19mm bolts).
