Is it possible to convert to a 5 lug front and rear simply using parts off of a NA Z32 300zx?

I have a whole rolling chasis for parts and was wondering what else I would need to do the swap?

Yes, rear hubs off the Z32 will fit fine on the S13.

Front hubs, you'll need the entire z32 hub/spindle assembly

Aren't you on TT.Net? what are you doing trolling here...

My Z was totalled last fall, (frame damage) and I got it back from insurance. I am buying a 92 s13 today and would like to upgrade to a 5lug system and use my VLSD from my Z.

Oh and if you bought the 240 already, let me know if you need parts etc. The junkyard close to me has a few of them.

5 lug: Im pretty damn sure Z32 front spindles do not fit any 240sx. For a S13, you're either going to need aftermarket front hubs (easy to do, $350) or S14 front spindles and 5 lug hubs (not so easy, Less than $300).

VLSD: Your whole rear suspension should fit on the S13. The Z32 rear suspension will also require custom/conversion rear struts to fit on the s13.

Brakes: Z32 front brake calipers will bolt right onto either s13 or s14 front spindels, front rotors will go right on with the 5 lug swap. Rear Z32 brakes are on the rear suspension you already swaped ;)

Wheels: the Z32 wheels will fit with the 5 lug conversion in place.

Seats: Z32 seats will fit but are not bolt on. Its an awsome upgrade in my opinion and worth the effort.

Motor: You know you want to put a VG30DE in the S13 :evilhaha

I do have spacers installed in it :)Seats: Z32 seats will fit but are not bolt on. Its an awsome upgrade in my opinion and worth the effort.Any further info on this? Im sure it has been done, but I havent been able to find any info.....

Reasons for rear Z32 suspension swap:-Z32 uprights are 7 lbs lighter-3rd drumbrake for E-brake-2 piston calipers-larger disk brake diameter

Futher info on Z32 seats:-not that im aware of :(

Mount kits for VG30DE:-unstable hybrids is working on a kit, listed as in development-custom piping and wiring would be up to you.

I checked the front spindles on my 90 300z and it looks like the only difference between them and my 89 240 is this huge upper control arm on the 300z. I'm going to check if its posseble to bolt that arm to my 240.

Up front, the conversion means switching to the five-lug front hubs from the S14 (1995-1998) 240SX SE. The S14 used larger front spindles, however, so you also need to use them. The S14 spindle looks like it will bolt on to the S13 suspension, but it won't. The strut bolts are larger so you'll have to use the bolts from the S14 and enlarge the holes in your struts to make this work.

Also, the ball joint is different. At first glance, the S13 and S14 ball joints look the same, and upon closer inspection, they still look the same. Don't be fooled. The S14 ball joint uses a slightly different taper. Although it will bolt together, using an S13 ball joint on the S14 spindle can lead to a very dangerous suspension failure. You must switch to an S14 ball joint. Nissan doesn't sell S14 ball joints separately from the lower control arm, and, of course, the S14 control arm is too long. Pressing the ball joint out of your S13 control arm and pressing in an aftermarket ball joint (we used Moog part number K9820) is the best solution.

I know your talking about the Z and not an S14 but there is also some good info on the Z parts in the same article.
