5 lug conversion question

I have been searching for the past 5 hours for some information on the 300zx rotor upgrade. For some reason I have fell short of the information I have been looking for. I have a 97 240sx and am looking to do the 5 lug conversion which would require me to get new rotors. So I was looking around at possibilities and ran into the 300zx rotors. But then calipers would be needed. I read that only z32 calipers would work. Is that true? Why couldn't the 300zx calipers be used? I was also wondering if the same setup was used on the rear, what do you all need. A parking brake cable conversion and .... Thanks and I bet this has been asked quite a bit, but for some reason I could not find anything. Any input would be much appreciated to help me get this set up. I was also going to buy some 350z wheels, would this larger brake setup interfere with the fitment of the wheel. Thanks again
