You need rear hub from 300zx. A used set is around $100 on eBay. People buy Ichiba aftermarket hubs for the front and they are about $240. If you use S14 front hubs, you will have to get sleeves for the strut bolts and stuff.

This web site will help you, its a full guide on 5 lug swaps. and what parts are needed. I just did this to my 1990 240 coupe and it cost me about $400, give or take. I bought the swap here on nico in the classifieds. This is not including the 300zx 4 piston front brake upgrade , just the 5 lug conversion with oem 240sx brakes . The 4 piston brakes calipers, rotors and conversion flange will set you back about another $300-400.
