5 Lug Conversion on 1990 240sx S13

I have a 1990 240sx S13 KA24DET build....

I just purchased a complete 300zxTT/skyline brake system which includes Front/Rear calipers and rotors but it also came with the rear 5 lug hub/spindle set.

My question is do these 5 lug conversion kits fit my car??

If they fit then I will purchase the front and complete the 5 lug conversion... then buy my sweet volk time attack wheels....
