Hey guys, I ended up getting a refund and going with another NICO sponsor for some hubs. It was a similar deal, but without the extended studs. I didn't need them anyways, so it worked out. The IP guys were helpful throughout the whole process, so I'd still do business with them in the future. Good luck you guys who are still waiting.

I sent an email requesting either more information, or a refund just under a month ago, and I haven't had a response.

Hey guys -

Well it seems I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that I've been told that there is one shipment in the water and apparently another shipment that is on its way via air freight...

The bad news is is that I cannot positively say whether or not this is true as all of our last information we've been given on the shipping of these has not been accurate.

Both We here at Intense and those at Fueled Performance are doing everything we can to try and find out what is going on right now with the conversion hubs. As of right now, I would like anyone who has ordered them and is not willing to wait this out with us any longer to email me so I can arrange a refund.

I would like to thank everyone for their continued patience and also appologize for this fiasco. Regardless of if you cancel your order, keep it on file or order once we recieve them, I will be offering an even further discount on these parts. I know that does not make up for the extended wait on the parts, but I assure you, once these come in, you will see that the quality of these is much higher than those other conversion hubs and the new price that I post will DEFINITELY blow anything you've seen out of the water....

I just spoke with Blair and supposedly the hubs are on there way from Asia. He said they should be here next week if shipped by air, or in 3 weeks if shipped by sea but that he can't guarantee it. How does he not know if it was shipped by air or by sea? This whole thing was ridiculous and I doubt that I'll ever buy anything from intense again.

Well I'm TRYING to get a refund, but my emails go almost ignored. I don't think I'll ever order from intense performance again.

I sent an email to blair, here it is.

Can I get an update on when these are coming in. I spoke with you almost three weeks ago and you said dhl had picked them up. That it would take one week if shipped by air and three if shipped by sea but that there were no guarantees on when they would be here. Since dhl only ships by air they should be here by now. The drift events in nor cal were delayed for months so I didn't care that the hubs weren't coming in but now the season has started and I'm missing events because I'm waiting on these hubs. Can you please let me know when you expect these to come in.

Let's see how long it takes for him to reply...

earlier I said dhl only ships by air because two people told me that but now someone told me they ship by sea as well so i have no clue on when the hubs will be here but I'm fed up. For now on I'm only buying stuff through auto rnd because their reliable.

Well, I've called and got my money refunded. For those also seeking refunds, e-mailing yields almost no results, but one phone call does the trick.

Thanks guys, I know it wasn't your fault.

I'm interested in buying your 5 lug conversion but you said the price was reserved for the fist ten sets. Since some people requested refunds can I take their spots and still purchase it for that price? email: [email protected]

yoinkAzenki,

We will not be accepting any new orders at the moment until this current Back order/ delay issue is resolved. We will definitely make sure NICO is the first to know once we receive new information on updates and product. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.

thanks
