5 lug conversion and brake upgrade

My 240 has the base modle four lug hubs and I am looking to change the hubs to five lug and at the same time I want to upgrade the brakes to the twin turbo 300zx brakes. None of the shops around my area are sure which parts I needand I was wondering if anyone knows exactly which parts I need and around how much the set up will cost. Thanks for the help.
