Hey i have a 1989 240sx Hatch. was wondering how difficult it would be to do a 5 lug conv with front z32 breaks.
Components:
Ichiba 5 lug hubs http://www.phase2motortrend.com/ic5lughubcok.html
300zx front aluminum 30mm calipers
z32 to 240sx conversion SS lines for front

Experience with cars:(to base difficulty lv)
A friend helped me do a motor swap/coilovers (he's the expert)
I did FMIC install and replaced my T2 gasket (this i did by my self)
btw im not too tech savvy with cars so step by step is greatly appreciated.

Other parts ill be getting are Brembo blanks for front and rear. Rears i have to get s14 sized blanks right? because ill be usuing the stock s13 rear breaks
Hawk HP pads all round.
Did my own share of research on this but couldn't really dig much up. unless all 5 lug conversions are the same no matter what the car then theres a few youtube vids i saw.

If you are installing Z32 Brakes you need the Z32 Rotors, they bolt right up after the 5 lug swap just remember to get the correct sized rotor for whatever size caliper you have.

S13 and S14 brake rotors are the same (minus the 4-5 lug diff), ABS is the only difference and the rear caliper on the S14 uses a different Ebrake cable design

So if you went 5 lug in rear and using the stock caliper then get the S14 rear rotors

Ichia Front bearings are a Hit or Miss,

I would recommend buying some REAL OEM bearings installed into the hubs

But the swap is fairly easy, the rear is time consuming

ichiba is bolt on 5 lug for a S13, the Z32 brakes fit fine, you need

Loaded calipers
Rotors
Conversion brake lines
loaded Z32 or Q45 rear backing plates
Z32 2+2 ebrake cables, or standard z32 cables routed a different way with a bracket stay welded onto the cars body
Z32 BMC with one of the flares cut out of your s13 BMC and pressed in.

Now you can use OEM s14 or z32 NA rear hubs for the rear 5 lug conversion and
S14 LCA or S13 LCAs with S14 LBJs pressed in
S14 Knuckles
S14 front shock or coil or drill the hole bigger and use the larger S14 bolt or buy the hole spacer kits.
