5 lug advantage?
5 lug advantage?
I just got my S14 240 SX after looking for what seemed like an eternity, and man the car is a blast to drive. I had an Integra and it was fun, but rear wheel drive is killer. Anyway it is a 1995 base model 240 SX which is fine, but the one thing thats cooler is the 5 lug pattern on the SE, while the base has only the 4 lug pattern. Anyway I was wondering what are the advantages of the 5 lug pattern. I will be buying a SR20DET engine as soon as I sell my Integra. I say this because I suspect that the 5 lug holds stronger, but Im not sure. Also besides the advantage of the 5 lug, what is needed to swap to a 5 lug pattern. Thanks.
There were a few things that I was really looking for and one was a clean body. This car I found has such a nice body hardly any flaws. I had looked at a few S14s and they were beat up. Also this car is White, and that is the color I wanted the most. It has leather, stock CD player with 6 speaker stereo and stock amps for the rear speakers. AC, Cruise, PDL,PW its nice. The car is auto, the reason was that it will only cost 160 bucks in parts to switch to manual when I put in the SR20DET motor. 5sp are hard to find around here. Autos are much easier to find. Anyway The car has 83000 miles on it and I paid 7,500. sorry for taking so long to tell you but I had to give a reason for the price.
