#5 injector on 01 Xterra 3.3L bad.. plenum has to come off?

Hello... 01 Xterra #5 injector needs replacement; do I have to remove the upper plenum and fuel rail, or is there a shortcut? Looks like an absolute nightmare to remove, even with a great youtube tutorial posted by a user.

it looks like if i can remove the cap holding the injector in place, then i'd be able to pull the #5 injector and replace it. Is there any way to remove the two injector cap screws without stripping them? i tried to remove two of the screws on other injectors and they began to strip out. Do i drill them out? if so, do you guys recommend any special tools to make it easy and foolproof? thanks
