5 hours change 2 belts and still no good

i have just spent over 5 hours today changing the fan belt and a/c belt to day , some one at work said to losen the locking nuts under the car and then undo the tensiners to move the wheels to get the belts of . i must of unden every nut under the car but the wheels would not mover in the end i found it was the nuts ON the wheels .

anyway got the belts of and the new ones on but the noise is still there it is like a sqeek but when i spray wd40 on the fan NOT THE BELTS it goes for about 5 mins then it comes back again can some one help
