.5 Bar for vac, too low?

Just like it says is -.5 bar for the vac too low do you guys think? shouldn't it be below -1.0 bar?

-.5 Bar is only -14.7 In Hg. You should be around -.65 to -.7 Bar.

I would check for vac leaks. I get around -20 to -22 In Hg on idle when warm.
