hey i just bought this 2 inch lift kit from 4x4 design seems pretty simple to instal. after some research i bought 32's {really 31.5s] and 15 inch rims with 3.75 back spacing , camber bolts and warn manual hubs. anything else u think i will need? shocks an struts? after getting everything i think i should of went with 16 inch rims, but its to late now. will i have to grind down my calipers a little? to limit rubbing? steve told me as long as everything is working fine i don't need any new parts? so I'm gonna try it out 1st as is until i start replacing stuff.will i need to extend brake lines? gears will be ok? thanks guys. anyone running this kit with 32s?

You should be good on parts. I have the 2" kit but only installed 1" until I get my bigger tires (31.5's as you have). Everything seems fine. You shouldn't have to grind your calipers. Brake lines should be okay as well as steering link. The shop I take my car to said that I shouldn't even need camber bolts but I will see when I go to put that extra inch on. You ought to be careful with the Warn hubs. If you have part time AWD (dial instead of shifter knob), then apparently the transfer case and other components are lubed by the rotating wheels. Also if you engage auto or 4WD while the hubs aren't locked then you can really damage the front drive assembly. I trust you know not to shift into 4WD, but it's something I'd forget so I thought it was worth mentioning. You may look into wheel spacers before grinding anything. Unless you plan to do some heavy offroading they are a good option.

ya ill be good with the manual hubs as this is the first truck I've ever owned without manual hubs an it always feels weird to not get out an lock up. i have the shifter anyway and now the knob anyway. thanks for response good to see I'm on the right track. only offloading i do is snow roads and major beach driving lots of sand, other then that just highway and around town. no rocks or mud. i just really need more clearance for deep ruts.

No problem! Yeah you're definitely on the right track. Just play it by ear. You will know right away if you mess anything up haha.

Glad the install and the trip went smoothly. If the spacers don't fix it then it may be time to replace your coil springs. On my 99.5 I got rubbing with stock suspension and normal sized tires until I replaced my springs.
