No, but if I wanted to do such things, I'd start pulling panels, get access and see what's written. You're already there. See what writing is on the actual bulb itself and use a magnifying glass if necessary. The information should also be in the FSM... have a look around the chapters (FWD is the foreward with table of contents):

Oh i forgot to mention i already have open and popped open the 4WD switch, the bulbs say "TS" thats it...nothing more. Googled and search to no avail, even dealer doesn't know. They jus want u to purchase a new switch. Ill post pics.

And thanks ill take a look at your link as well :)

Cool. I looked around for maybe 15 minutes. I saw how to access the bulbs in both the gauge cluster and at the transfer switch. I looked at the EL Chapter, the TF chapter and the lighting chapters. I could not find the bulb spec. But there's so much data in the FSM, I figure it will just take a longer look. Having the bulb in hand seems useful. Maybe they'll have a similar one at the car parts store... or the junk yard? Perhaps there are compatible bulbs from other lights you don't really need that could be swapped temporarily (not the best idea of course).

I did it!!, i followed a similar write up i found online for replacing heated seat bulbs. With bulb number #7219 12v at radio shack. Just have to re thread the wires in the existing base , there are 3 lights. Hardest part was popping off and separating the switch from the actual bulb holder piece. :)
