Hoping someone can help... The dreaded 4WAS sensor came on along with all the other lights that go with it. I managed to fix it once I posted some photos of what I did in an old thread. Anyway I think the motor has finally given up so I've managed to purchase a replacement HICAS steering rack off ebay for £50. The motor looks slightly corroded on the outside but otherwise in good condition.
Can someone tell me where the position sensor is? That's another thing some people say might go wrong.
Also I noticed the last time I put it back on the front wheels were misaligned slightly with the steering wheel. Is that because I turned the nut connecting the worm gear a few times before reinstalling the motor? Thanks for any help
