What is more likely to wear out? The tie rod end outer or the tie rod end inner? When Im cruising at freeway speed and the road turns left the steering has a shimmy and something is obviously loose. I just did the wheel bearings not to long ago so they are good. The only thing i can think of is that something is worn out in the steering.

Either can become worn or bent. I'd be sure to check each section of the steering rack/components.

Yah, You probably messed up you're Toe. That is what is going on. The outer is most likely shot. The inners hardly ever go but it is a cheap part and a madly easy job for both. (Have done both)

Check the balljoints too and since you replaced the bearings you messed up your alignment anyway because there is no real way to keep a perfect alignment to get out those wheel bearings.
