4Th Gen Maxima Knock Sensor/ Rear o2 Sensor

Hey. I have a 96 maxima and the check engine light keeps coming on and i check it and it always reads knock sensor and rear heated o2 sensor. when im accelerating it has short random times when it kicks out less power. It has never done it at the same RPM as the time before and i have cleaned the mass ar flow sensor and the throtle body. I was going to replace the knock sensor but from other threads i have read it sound like the o2 can set it off. so anyone have any theories here? Thanks!

The knock sensor could be a ghost code it happened to me when both of my temp sensors went out. i would check the 02 sensor first before the knock sensor but dont totally rule it out
