4th gen max w/bose. Need help installing aftermarket HU & amp

Hey guys, Need some help. Just purchased a Power Acoustik HU and 2000w max amp, 600w RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms. I'm running it to 2 Kenwood 12's 350w RMS each. I can't seem to get the amp to push my 12's. The power light is on for the amp, but no bump. Tested HU and both the subs and amp on my friend's car & it's been confirmed that all are working just fine. How come everything is working in his car but not mine? This made a part of me die inside. If you guys can offer me assistance, I'd very much appreciate it. Could it be the Bose set up in my ride that's the prob?
