Today we are having amazing weather (75 F, cloudless sky, low humididty) and I decided to leave early for work to take a little drive since I haven't hit any of my favorite backroads since I installed my springs and shocks.

When I turned onto my favorite road, I was stuck behind a asphalt truck for a few minutes and had to wait for a clear area to pass. As soon as I got the room to get around the truck, I downshifted to 3rd and hammered on it, and checked my rearview only to see a CBR F3 going right along with me. I knew he was just looking for a nice jaunt down one of the best driver's roads in the state, so I gave it full throttle and decided to see what my Teins and KYBs really did to my car.

Well, Im sure as all of you know, an S13 with A nice set of springs, shocks, and swaybars devours high speed corners in a way that left a smile on my face from ear to ear. Majority of the 3 mile road I spent in 4th gear around 3500-5500rpm, (75-110mph :) ) which was enough to keep the CBR at least 100 yeards behind me around most turn sections. Once we came to the stop sign, I gave the dude behind me the ol' horns :ylsuper: and proceeded to slide my 240 a tad into second and left a nice little strip of rubber. When I looked back, the guy riding the CBR was clapping, lol, and got moving with a nice little wheelie.

Id be confident in saying that my 240sx (92 FB) with ST sways, Greg Dupree SF spacers, KYB GR2s, and Tein Stechs handles considerably better than my old NA Z32 did.

I cant wait to turbo this bastard as well :)

Now my car is begging for some sticky rubber, and some autox action.

Cliff notes : Motoring rules and S13s handle insanely well when modified.

Just be careful out there. That massive influx of "I TOTALED MY ESH13 OH NOOOEESS" has me concerned.

or some wet leaves.

but i do agree that romping the car is fun. We have some really fun roads around here. Lots of mountain passes that are a blast to take with the top down.

I understand the risk I am taking while driving in this manner.

I am also a graduate of Skip Barber Driving School...

I am not condoning this sort of driving on public roadways either.

If you are going to drive fast; buckle up, be alone, and be alert. Like you guys said, al it takes is....

Good looking car and sounds like a great time in the curves. My ST Sways do so much to my car. Its amazing. Plus the springs/shocks help.
