4cyl 2.4 - to v6 swap?

will an 1987 nissan 300zx v6 bolt into a 1989 nissan 240sx? will the transmissions work equally? how about the ecu? i need to know everything, basically if i have both cars, and nothing else, can i do it?

It wont bolt right in to my knowledge but I've never asked. Oil pan Sumps are always a must to modify, if it interferes with the crossmember. Like always if your pockets are deep enough you could.
