+48mm offset on 2001 Maxima/i30?

Looking at a set of 18x8 wheels, with 225-45-18 Conti DWS tires. The only thing I question about the combo is the +48mm offset.

The rims-n-tires calc says it should work, but I was wondering if anyone could confirm before I bite the bullet and make the purchase.
