You'll need a MAF and you'll need a wideband + AFR gauge and you'll need a reflash.Take it from someone that tried to use a piggy back.. they are useless if you want to do anything major.

SAFC wreaks havoc on your timing. Its okay to use on fine tuning, but not really for anything more than a 10-15% increase in injector size. Also, if you got a Walbro 255 High-Pressure pump, look into an adjustable FPR as that pump will overrun your stock FPR.

To run safely, you need a bigger MAFS and an ECU retune.

You'll be lucky to get 240rwhp with what you've got, not 280/300+...more likely 180hp.

You'll need a bigger turbo, more boost, balanced bottom end, flowed head and stronger valve springs. Possibly even cams.

When the valves start floating, the power starts dropping off.

With the SAFC, I don't know it's limitations.. The Z32 AFM is a different plug.

..as you are asking these questions instead of answering them, you most likely wouldn't tune it.

-Stock injector size is 370cc. Please search and read the FAQ.-To retune the ECU you have to de-solder the stock chip, solder in a new socket, build/buy a romulator, download the software to change the settings in the rom, buy new rom chips, and burn the info onto them and install the new chip. It's way more complicated than what I just explained and if you have to ask how, you have a lot of research to do. Please search and read the FAQ.-After that you will need to a lot of studying and reading so that you don't blow your stuff up. Please search and read the FAQ.

-You will have to have the z32 mafs and the plug to go with it. Then you will have to splice the Z32 plug onto your harness. Please search and read the FAQ. -To tune it you will need to either re-tune the stock ecu as described as above, or install a standalone engine management, which would negate most of the items you purchased to date. Both options appear to be above your current capabilities. I would highly recommend spending some money and paying someone to do the ECU work for you and then take the car with the SAFC installed to a shop and have it fine tuned on a dyno. Please search and read the FAQ.

just for the record, if my car only made 180hp i would cry.

you can make 240/250whp but those injectors are going to be at near 100% duty cycle.

you wont need a wideband, but you will need to go to a dyno that has one. buying one isnt really necessary.

your turbo will be good for just about 300hp. no need to replace it. the head work, cams, bottom end and valve springs are completely unnecessary.

lastly, that safc isnt great, but its sure better than nothing. set it to 2in 7out for the z32 maf. youre gonna have to make it pretty rich at idle with that maf so it runs (mine is at -3% correction at idle for my 510cc). itll be fine for now but i would reccomend investing in a stand alone or at least a good piggyback that allows you to set timing and stuff.

try searching, it helps. i do know that quite often it wont find anything though, so im willing to let it slide...once!! haha
