450sx Brake issues

So im running into some brake issues with my swap. Running stock brakes, stock BMC, and 91 Sentra Booster.

Pedal is hard when car is off, drops when car is on. Have bled the brakes and still the same, leads me to believe that the BMC is possibly bad or not getting good pressure from running this booster.

What setup are you running? How quick is pedal engaging the brakes?

Is the brake booster new or used?

I ran the same set-up with now issues.

Gotcha, thats all I needed to know. The Booster is brand new, that means Im going to swap the BMC now.

I didnt post this in the 240sx area because most people have no need to run this brake setup.

I would assume your BMC is bad being that it's firm when off so the booster is fine.

I run the old sentra booster from a junkyard and my otherwise stock brakes are pretty awesome. Probably BMC or bleed it with the car running. It makes a difference.
