it stinks anyway. 450 hp with a supercharger? dinan makes a BMW S2-M5, i know it's an M instead of a 540, but still. The M5 is already a tuned engine but dinan gained 76 hp and 51 lb-ft of torque, without forced induction or displacement change. that's 470 hp and 419 lb-ft of torque. it was highlighted in novembers car and driver.

Wow you guys seem kinda bitter, lighten up its just a nasty car that probably still cost less than the M5 you speak of and still will RUN away from it, as far as the <10 mpg get those HP numbers from our Qs and it wouldnt be any better. And trust me 450 HP from a S/C does not stink, to get that HP from a charger on a Q would not be an easy task, just ask AGM what he had to do then tell him his car stinks, I will take a 450 HP S/C car all day long wether it be a 4.6 mustang or a Q its all in the name of performance.

S2 package cost about $26,000. i would not get a 540, since the M5 exists. i would rather have a 7 series, not the newest one, with the V12.

If I had my choice of a BMW I would take the older M5 I think like early a 1990, just somethin about that car, im just a fan of the older 4 door brutes, I think it had somethin like 315 HP
