444cc Injectors on rb20det problem...

After installing my rb26 444cc injectors with the rb20 wiring harness on my silver top rb20, I notice that the rb20 injector plugs are a bit different then the rb26 injector slot.



wondering what other people have done to fix this.

What I did with the 460 rx7 injectors I had was to cut the one tab at the bottom inside the injector. So it still plugged in on the side and what ever the tab inside the plug was did not matter. I just used a knife.

File down the tab on the bottom of each injector so the clips will fit right over them. Problem solved, also do you have a resistor box installed?

awesome will do,yes i ordered a rb26 resistor box from rhjapan just have to wire it up.btw i lost all of those metal c clips for the injector plugs anyone know where to get any?

LOL, the package with your cam caps that got sent out today was sitting on top of a bag full of them on the seat next to me

go on summit and order a set of msd injector plugs for 'domestic' injectors and just rewire the whole thing...stock plugs are WORTHLESS and corrode.
