My 525cc injectors right now is somehow overkill for my set up. im running about 16-18lbs on a s15 turbo and I could not get any higher than 9.8:1 afr on my wideband. Even with the afc tuned down 12% its still rich. So im thinking if some 440cc will be good for about 300hp?. Im running a walbro so would the 440's be slighter higher considering higher fuel pressure?

there wouldn't be a higher fuel pressure. fuel pressure after the FPR is a constant 45 psi (not sure for Nissan, but 45 for honda), or atleast it should be. So the fuel pressure will be the same no matter what, you're injectors shouldn't effect that so long as the fuel pump is able to supply enough fuel for your injectors, which your walbro will do.
