.42/.48 t3 turbo question

Hi I am planing on buying a .42/.48 t3 turbo, and I know it is a small turbo, but I am wondering is it useable for my sohc ka, I only plan to run 4-5 lbs of boost, and I have heard this turbo will drop off at 4500-5000 rpm. but for only 4-5 lbs of boost woul you guys recomend using it? i do not really plan to rev over 4500 anyway thanks
