Has anyone ever done a swap to a U20 roadster engine?

I have a stroked R16 (U20 crank) in my 411 wagon.

Since the R16 was available in the 411 SSS, it fits. The U20 is dimensionally the same. The only challenge is routing the exhaust, since it needs to exit through the wheelwell.
