Well I got my car dynoed today and I am somewhat satisfied.I am running basic bolt-ons with hks 264 step 1 cams, ras, topspeed intake mani, t3/to4e 57trim 63a/r. Cometic head gasket and arp bolt,Tuned with a PFC. I am using the enjuku log manifold, dump tub and extension. For fuel I have jgy topfeed fuel rail 72lbs inj, walbro 255 fuel pump.

At 10psi I made 278.33whp and 215.43 wtqAt 18psi I made 372.43whp and 287.65 wtqAt 23psi on c16 I made 407.67 and 324.35wtqI also did a top speed pull for fun and got up to 143@6600rpm and shut it down

Here is the dyno charts

May be some one can help me with something. We had to cut the tune short due the fact that I maxed out the injectors. I am running 100% at 407whp. With 72lbs injectors i think I should have alot more room to go. My guess is one of two things. One I am not running a FPR or I feel like the injector data on the PFC was entered incorrect. The explanation for reason #2 is that after the build I inputed enthalpys base map and input 51% for injectors and left the injector pulse correction at 0%.I know there is a formula to fid out how many ms it should be but any time i move it off of 0 the car would run so rick it would barely run.

During the tune at 320whp the injectors were maxed out and he changed the injectors from 51% to 60% and would not ajust the lag time of the injectors. My question is shouldnt there be data inputed for the lag time and could the lack there of cause the injectors to max out early. Two he thinks the lack of a FPR is the real reason for early maxout and with a fpr he could get me to 440whp .

By the way the a/f is not on the dyno chart but all runs were at 12 to 1 a/f

You should be happy with those numbers on a log mani. Upgrading to a tubular should yeild significant hp improvements across the entire powerband.

As for your injectors...well first off, 23psi is a good deal of boost. Comparing hp to injector sizes only works when you know what the efficiency is.

Maybe this link will help you with your lag/correction issues:http://www.members.aol.com/srf...r.htm
