Alright, we finally got everything installed on my car..

Super 60 T3IAP ManifoldTial 38mmFMIC, RFL BOV, 3" downpipe/exhaust etccc..z32 maf, 400cc injectors, and a SAFC II, and AEM wideband..

I start the car after setting up the SAFC to correct about -30%The car starts right up, but seems to only be running on 3 cyls.. the AFR is going crazy.. I get it hold steady at about 14.5 but still somethingis wrong.. So I start pulling the wires out to see if it makes a difference while running. I pull the #2 wire out, and there's no change.. something is wrong. The wire is sparking, so it must be fuel. I pull the injector, and swap it with the #1 injector.. start it up, and now the #1 cyl isn't getting fuel. So the injector is messed up I guess...

My question is, what would cause this? The injectors were purchaced from a forum member, but had just been flow tested by deatschwerks and still in the plastic bags, with the chart.

Now, when they flow test injectors, they would know if they're bad or not, right? All the injectors look identical on the exterior, so nothing is snapped off or whatever.... I put my stock injectors back in, and it runs fine, but obviously isn't going to hold 8lbs on a super 60 too well... Is the injector ****ed? It sucks, because 400cc isn't a common size.

Clean the pigtails and the pins on the injectors. They corrode very easily.

Alright... is there a way to test the injectors by themselves, with a multimeter or the sort?

You can check the injector continuity with a Multimeter. Just so I have this correct in my head, you actually swapped the #1 and #3 injector or just the clip and wire?

Tap the injector on somthing, maybe she's siezed up. Although they usually fail open not closed.

Yeah.. that's what I thought, that usually they'll just stay open..

anyways, the injectors are a direct drop in. they clip right in like stock injectors do. I unplugged injector #1 and injector #2, pulled both out of the rail, and switched them. .. what do you mean by tap the injector? should I soak it in anything? It just doesn't make since that it flow tested fine, then doesn't work when installed.

so yeah.. I never posted, but we fixed the problem. Just put them in a spare fuel rail, filled with gas, capped one end and put about 20psi of air pressure ot the other.. and tapped the connector with a 9v battery.. it started spraying out, and it works now..
