Hey I have a 92 240sx with a ca18det swapped. But I have a problem. When i first turn the car on it will start right away but it will idle at 400 rpm and it wont rev, it will shake violently unless i go really really easy tapping on the throttle, has no power. When it warms up the idle slowly rises to 850 rpm and revs good and sounds good and drives. So i check my error codes, I get Ignition Signal, Crank Angle sensor and Detonation Sensor error codes. I'v been reading the FSM but i dont know where to start.

thanks

Thomas

well the car has to warm up. Its a bad idea to just crank your car and just start driving it anyway. My car does something similar it wont rev hard but ittl sputter alittle but it drives fine. once it gets warm it drives with no problem.

I'm thinking either my MAF or engine temp sensor, but my temp gauge works. Its a sensor that works with the ignition im guessing. My engine doesn't know how to run when cold..
